Chocolate Creations
My chocolate cakes have grown famous over time. Using my own special recipe which is quite intricate, and uses very fine ingredients, I've never really designed two exactly the same. My own ethos is based on the premise that we are all unique and the cakes we eat on special occasions should reflect that.
Made to your own specifications
People's preferences for chocolate are many and varied. Some love the bitterness of dark chocolate, while others love the creaminess of white chocolate, some are completely addicted to the sweetness of milk chocolate. I enjoy making my Chocolate Creations immensely, they're the most fun of all, reflecting the customer's own preferences.Cake prices vary, but as a rough guide, a seven inch Chocolate Creation would cost between £15-£20 depending on the decorations used.
Hand Made Chocolates
I also enjoy making hand made chocolate and fudge.My chocolate fudge is the soft, sticky kind, with a fulsome and wonderful rich chocolate taste which lives long in the memory. Very melt in the mouth.
My brandy truffles (or indeed I can use any alcoholic addition) make the perfect after dinner treat served with coffee, or even hot chocolate! Containing quite a kick, but still allowing the flavour of the chocolate to come through, they're rather rich.
